Related to maintenance and improvement of UB email features, we will temporarily shut down email service for 10 hours from April 3, 2015 at 22.00 WIB to April 4, 2015 at 08.00 WIB.

It should be noted that while the maintenance process is ongoing:

  1. UB Email server cannot be accessed, but it will still receive email from external server.
  2. Process will not affect the content of email (old and new), contact, and message filter.
  3. For security reasons, email signature will be restored by user’s request.
  4. User is expected to perform backup of important emails.

Such is the annoucement, we apologize for any inconvenience this process might cause.
